From Simulator Golf to On-Course National Competition 

The BDO National Golf League Indoor Qualifier connects simulator leagues across Canada with outdoor championship competition. 

Golf Canada Off-Course Member Facilities can host a simulator league where players compete for the opportunity to qualify for the BDO National Golf League Regional Final, played on a green grass golf course. 

Regional Final winners advance to the BDO National Golf League National Championship, held the Saturday prior to the RBC Canadian Open at the host venue.

Run a Simulator League at Your Facility

Host a Simulator League
Run a league at your facility using the format that works best for your players.

League Champion Qualifies
The top player in your league qualifies for the BDO National Golf League Regional Final and selects a partner to compete as a two-player team.

Compete on the Course
Regional winners advance to the BDO National Golf League National Championship at the RBC Canadian Open venue.

League Timeline

Simulator leagues may: 

  • Begin as early as March 31, 2026 
  • Run for a minimum of six weeks 
  • Conclude by August 30, 2026 
  • Regional Finals take place September 2026 
  • National Championship takes place Spring 2027 

Facilities choose their own format, schedule, and structure subject to guidelines set by Golf Canada

How to Participate

Step 1

Become a Golf Canada Off-Course Member Facility 

The only requirement to host a league is being a Golf Canada Off-Course Member Facility. 

This membership connects your facility with Canada’s National Sport Federation for Golf and provides access to new programs and initiatives supporting simulator facilities. 

Annual membership: $350
